2009 MID SUMMER NIGHTS BEER PARTY

Yes folks---- Bells Brewery along with the Up Front and Company, Marquette MI will be hosting the 3rd annual Ore to Shore After party. Bells Brewery swag, jerseys and a few other items will be given out at the festivities. A select number of entrants to the Up Front and company will receive a Party T-shirt.

Joberon will be hosting a dance contest @ 11pm, bring your best break dancing moves. Brian Matter the challenge has been set !

Race #6 in The tailwinds USAC series BIG M

Joberon and Jason Lummis made the trip up to the Manistee national forest race this past weekend. Big M XC ski area is located west of Wellston and east of Manistee MI. 17 Elite racers showed up to the start line for a beautiful day of racing !
The race was fast and furious with just over 5 miles per lap, lap times averaged around 22.5 minutes for each of the 5 laps.
Joberon had some brakes issues, his rear rotor came apart mid race and finished 13th with just a front brake on this up and down course. Joe never quit and that is what we appreciate the most about Joe.
Jason finished 3rd and moved up to the lead in the series overall.

BTR Kalamazoo Circuit Race

J.Meyers BTR Kalamazoo Circuit Race recap!
I Hit the road for two races over this past weekend. Race #1 Placed 4th. in the Masters 45+ in the field sprint. Race #2 finished 2nd. in Cat. 3's. A little Air time for the team with a solo break for the final 30 + minutes of the race! A single rider bridged up with about 10 minutes to go and the two of us kept the 4 man chase group and field from bridging to us......I was extremely happy with a second place in the Cat. 3's! Went down later in the evening and spent some race money at Bell's Cafe'!!!! Next stop Ore to Shore!!!!
